Our goal is to fill the gap between glass pipe products inside diameters (ID) and MESH SCREEN FILTERS manufacturing standards.

 
Also, to adapt existing USA made products (mostly glass pipes, ceramics, and other materials) as microdosing solutions, using our molded screens to:
  • Adjust the air flow (MESH grades, arrangement of multiple filtering systems, DUAL, MIXED etc..)
  • Clean smoke from ash and hot particles.
  • LOAD amount adjustment.
  • Screen filter placing to achieve even portioning / MicroDosing.
  • Enjoy ease of cleaning process, your pipe will be easier to maintain, using a filtering system.
  • Be sustainable, every time you switch to a new screen, filter, or one of our microdosing pipes. (disposable, reusable, tokes, for precise dosing of dry herb).

 

Our SCREEN forming process does not require energy.

 

Hand presses are used throughout the main process of stamping circles into required by Pipe Dia. or shape design. Our production process consumes very small amount of energy needed for shop lighting, vacuuming and packing processes only. 
With a low budget, low energy solution to produce clean simple products that skip all of the hassle while making our circle filter screens available for all west coast customers to enjoy, for an even better experience.  
 
Our molded filters are easy to replace during the pipe cleaning process. The filter stays firmly when inserted because of the spring action of the cup shaped design.
We start our journey with smallest possible pipes, we choose 4 mm inside diameter (ID), lily pipes to produce the smallest microdosers for microdosing enthusiasts.
Later we adopt developed technology to produce bigger 1/4″,  3/8″,  1/2″, and 5/8-inch range screens to meet the needs of customers which use pipes made in USA from high-end laboratory borosilicate glass. Thats where we start producing the new line of screens in 6 mm, 8 mm 8.5 mm, 9 mm diameters.

As of now, we produce filters with diameters ranging from 4 mm to 16 mm. (3/16″ to 5/8″).

 

Most lab glass used for high end straight pipe or water bong hardware manufacturing is standardized in mm.

Step 1: Choose the Right Screen Size

One-hitter screens come in various sizes, so be sure to pick one that fits the bowl of your one-hitter perfectly. A screen that’s too small may not fully cover the bowl, while one that’s too large can be difficult to insert or may not stay in place.

Step 2: Insert the Screen

Place the screen inside the bowl, ensuring it sits flat and securely at the base. The concave side should face down, which will hold your herbs in place and prevent them from falling through the screen.

Step 3: Pack the Bowl

Once the screen is in place, pack your herbs lightly into the bowl. Avoid over-packing to maintain proper airflow and prevent clogging.

Step 4: Light and Enjoy
