Our molded screens mesh filters are made in USA from stainless steel and brass mesh domestic materials. Produced out of rounds of mesh material cut to circles by most established screens mesh rounds makers in USA.

After selection and cleaning mesh rounds go through cold work forming process. Simple, not energy thirsty but manual work intensive techniques are used to manufacture custom fit screens for pipe smoking community. No lubricants used on our forming tools assure clean product in your hand.

With help of our insertion tool the process of placing and removing of molded screen filter is easy and simple.

There’s no more need to browse for tricks and ways to place flat rounds of mesh into your bong or straight pipe.

Cutting and forming is done for you in the form of our molded shapes that fit your glass hardware perfectly and stays there securely until the time for pipe cleaning comes.

Stainless Steel Mesh

Made from USA produced stainless steel (medical grade, FDA approved for food industry) mesh.

Mesh: 100, 80, 60

We use all sizes of rounds made in USA, possibly with use of only hemp oil as lubricant for cutting dies and punches.

Brass Mesh

Made from USA made brass mesh.

NEW PRODUCTS in development in other grades of materials like BRONZE, PURE TITANIUM, in many mesh grades and sizes, some domestic some imported from Poland.

SIZES OF ROUNDS WE PROCESS to form it into self-locking caps in few different forms and shapes: 3/4, 5/8, 1/2, 3/8, 5/16, 1/4 inch.

After cold forming our molded screen filters fit to mm sizes of most glass pipes and other hardware on USA market: 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 8.5 mm, 9 mm, 12 mm, 12.5 mm inside diameters (ID) straight pipe, 14 mm, 18 mm cut hardware standards

Microdosing Screens:

We manufacture the smallest diameters MOLDED MESH SCREEN filters in USA to best fit smallest one hitters that can be used as micro-dosing devices for medical flower and other products.

Our screen’s SELF-LOCKING DESIGN ensures a perfect fit and secure placement of the screen filter.

We provide insertion/removal tool in all range of pipes diameters. Special tools are not necessary to place our screen, but our magnetic removal-insertion tools are a great help in wide range of diameters.

Our Screens are made out of domestic stainless steel and brass.

Materials used, cover a broad range of MOLDED MESH grades and diameters of glass, aluminum, porcelain smoking pipes, and other hardware.
